What are expenses?
Expenses are something that everyone deals with in their lives, but not everyone does a good job of keeping track of them.
Some people spend more than they probably should on things that aren't absolutely vital, and as a result that can help to land them in serious financial trouble at the end of the month, or lead to them taking on credit card debt. For this reason, it's probably wise for you to take a look at how much you absolutely have to pay to your landlord, utilities companies, lenders, and service providers each month (on average), and then see how much you have left over.
With that information, you might be able to start making a sensible budget that will allow you to have a little walking-around money, pay all your bills, and still potentially pay more into your outstanding balances - or even build your savings. This will take a little work, but could pay off significantly over time.
